Areas of use

 

  • Pre-heating or post-heating the incoming fresh air channeled in HVAC systems.

  • The Post-clean-air heating in heat recovery.

  • Integration of clean air heating in cold environments

  • Clean air heating in industrial processes.

 

Regulation systems (in models shown)

 

  • Safety thermostat with manual reset, calibrated at 70 °C, for rectangular batteries and 85 °C for circular batteries.

  • Electronic temperature control with power pulse train via TRIAC to maintain the temperature at the set level.

  • The adjustment takes place via a potentiometer accessible from the outside of the housing and the temperature control is managed by the temperature probe output to the battery.

  • Also available are a series of temperature controls controlled by an external signal 0-10V; The single-phase series covers the range from 1 to 8KW 230V 

  •  The three-phase series covers the range from 3 to 80KW 400V-3.

Safety features

 

  • Bimetallic thermostat limit set at 55 °C with automatic reset.

  • Bimetallic safety thermostat with manual reset calibrated at 70 °C for rectangular batteries and 85 °C for circular batteries.

  • The standard thermal protection ensures standard level of safety, in case additional safety is required, you can install a pressurestat.

Guide for choice in heating elements

 

  • The armored resistance requires a 1-2 minute start-up and after their operation, a vent cooling period of at least 30 seconds is needed.

  • The resistors have a bare wire coil with instant entry time, do not require any post-ventilation when they are turned off.

    As a result the temperature adjustment is more precise. Furthermore, the bare wire resistance determines a very low loss of load.

  • Indoor or outdoor spaces, degree of protection IP 40 (higher grade on request).
    Ambient temperature -25 to +30 C.
    Air flow at speeds ≥ 2m / s.
    Outflow air temperature up to max 50 °C

  • Horizontal or vertical installation position.
    If horizontal installation is needed, guide the electrical connection housing according to the indicated positions.
